On further investigation we saw that most of their website visitors left after visiting the page which told them where their nearest stockist was! It was clear people were just using the website as a directory to find out where to go to get the product.

We suggested a call to action that would tempt the website visitor to buy from the website rather than go to a physical store. This owner needed to provide an incentive on the website to convert those visitors there and then. It was a simple solution and worked wonders.
